DDA on opening leads indicates that a low spade is slightly superior to the heart lead, both at MPs (0.1 trick differential) and IMPs (beats contract 1.5% more). Both are lot better than minor leads. Result may depend somewhat on assumptions about west holding. It was assumed a 6+diamond suit, no 4 card major and invite hcp. The more aggressive spade lead may work as it is likely to need to be able to take tricks off the top to defeat the contract, particularly with QD location looking bad.
