Don't like west 2C bid. Having a 5 card side suit which the oppo have bid is not going to lead to many tricks. North has a tricky decision, negative x to show both other suits, or 2H. Preferences?
For 2C is that this is one of the best positions to overcall. You take up a level of bidding while the opponents have not investigated either major. Therefore there is great pre-emptive value. Still it is light by many standards.
2H is clear I think. Often partner will be able to bid 2S with four of them or if the opponent's raise there are still takeout doubles to get spades into the picture.
