Also sAx is not the sort of stopper that you bust you gut to bid no trumps with. 2H from south is normal although it happens to put north under lots of pressure - north will be forced to rebid a broken down club suit.
South appears too strong for 1NT with AAK and 5 card suit. East's 2H could easily come unstuck.
