3S is optimistic. Seven points opposite a weak no trump and no guarantee of a fit with poor spots. This is way too much bidding.
Some would even play 3S as forcing - although I happen to think that is the wrong way to play bridge. The opponents push us to the three level and we are (pretty much) only allowed to play games in that style. That is just helping their preemption.
