South was quite restrained, passing thru' out with an 11hcp and 4 card support and North bidding freely at the 3 level. East doesn't normally bid in this situation however the hand has excellent offensive qualities which suggest some play opposite a 6 card diamond suit.
ReplyDeleteAt the 2nd table South X. I see such hands as more defensive than offensive and pass such types, reopening if necessary later. is this being too conservative?
