At MPs, even if 1NT is 13-15, it is a bit of a stretch to invite. At best u have 25hcp with game fairly line ballish, but pard will often accept (depending on partnership understanding) with a 13hcp, with a combined 24hcp, which has only a poor shot at game.
It maybe tough to tell but after the heart lead and west wins by force. A club switch was made. East has to duck to the queen. That promotes a trick for west.
I think i lead a false card which might have confused east.
