The jump to 3S looks good, should show ~8-10pts and NF. The raise to 4S is questionable if 3S is NF.
2H looks a bit skimpish, here u know partner has failed to open so there is no risk of pre-empting partner, plus it is at fav vul. Time to put the bidding boots on.
