North appears to have shown opening bid values only so South doesn't appear to values to jump to 3NT, particularly with KQ of hearts sitting underneath the main heart bidder.
A different judgement from South at the two tables. One underbid with 1NT the other eventually overbid with 3NT. Interestingly a middle of the road 2NT probably would have won most of the matchpoints.
