No not enough. This hand is exactly the wrong sort of hand to make an ace asking bid on. Say partner shows two aces. No you still do not know whether slam is good or hopeless.
The hand is close between 3H and 4H. The values are in the 3H range 16-18 with poor clubs counting an optimistic three points but there is the compensating seventh heart.
Not only is this the wrong hand for an ace ask it is way to light. To see this note that partner has a decent non-minimum and game does not even have a play.
