    west' 2s seems a bit timid.

    I would invite game with a cue-raise of 2D.

    North's pass of 2S is also timid. Opposite the hA or cQ there is play for 9 tricks if a fit can be found. The opponents appear to have found a fit after the raise so that increases the likelihood that we have a fit. I think a takeout double is clear.

    What happens after that might get interesting.
