There is another bias on this hand, given the singleton King will allow the King to be captured by perfect vision when a finesse would otherwise be taken. Also exactly specifying EW hands is problematic.
However... a spade lead seems to be an overwhelming favourite by about 0.5 tricks over the next best (HQ) (or 13% better at IMPS), which in turn was ~0.3 tricks better than the HA or Hx.
I switched the EW hands so the strong hand was declarer (but kept the HK with declarer). Now the HA and spade lead are lineball (spade is ~3% better at IMPS) and about 0.6 tricks better than the other heart leads. I checked for the singleton K impact by switching a small spade to diamonds. This just made the spade lead even better!
Not sure if the hA is right. On a bad day you might not have an entry.
