  1. We ended up in 2D after the sequence 1H-1S-2D with no intervention. I assume South realized North must have values but could not re-open the bidding. As a result he decided to lead KS and continued with a low one! When North led the queen of spades at trick three, I was in a cleft stick. Ruff low and get over-ruffed, ruff high and promote a diamond for South.
